Very Rare! These socks are new and unworn with tags attached, however, they are discolored and stained from age. We are representing them as an Antique prop, display item, novelty collectible - Not suitable for a child to wear.

"Established is 1901 in Kenkakee Illinois, the Bear Brand Hosiery Company eventually became the largest family-owned hosiery company in the United States. Originally, the company made men's fleece-lined work socks, but later expanded its product line to casual socks for men, women and children, and sheer stockings for women that were marketed under the Neumode Hosiery brand name. (During World War II, production was switched over to making thick, olive-drab colored socks for the military.)"
